FTI's vision is to capture the knowledge of experienced personnel and mining industry best practices so this information can passed on to new starters.

We specialise in mine industry training and have extensive experience in the development of video training packages. These training package can be tailored to meet the requirements of individual mining operations.

Mining Experience
Our director taught electrical trade apprentices and tradespersons for 13 years in TAFE then worked as an electrical supervisor for South Blackwater Coal Mine for 11 years. He formed FTI Pty Ltd late in 1999 and developed training courses for a number of Queensland coal mines. The director of FTI then subcontracted to Argyle Diamonds as the Electrical Engineering Coordinator for a period of 8 years. During that time he developed in-depth video training packages and manuals to capture the knowledge of long term employees so that new personnel could be trained effectively in a shorter time period.

FTI now utilises a team of highly qualified and skilled professionals to produce quality training packages for the mining industry from concept to completion.

With 30 years experience in the mining industry we are able to relate to mining personnel and understand the industry's constraints and safety requirements.
